The DNSmanager Control Panel provides three login levels with each level having its appropriate roles and responsibilities. DNSmanager's user hierarchy allows higher level users to access the accounts of their users below. Administrators can drill down into any reseller account, their customer's account and finally their individual domains.
The DNSmanager Panel user hierarchy:
Administrator
The highest level login which enables administrators to quickly and easily manage the control panel users, monitor various statistics. Administrators are given access to all of the features and functions of the DNSmanager Control Panel.

- Users Management. Administrators are given access to all of the features and functions of the other administrators, resellers and users level.
- Server Statistics
- Current Activity. Monitor activity of a server tracking the DNSmanager Control Panel access.
- Action Log. Description of the actions that the DNSmanager Control Panel users perform.
- Other Settings
- Integration with IPmanager. Set up the IP-addresses Management System integration.
- Modules Access. Limit your customers’ access to the control panel features.
- Generl Settings. Customize the DNSmanager control panel settings.
Reseller
Reseller is the second tier login account where the users are given domain creation rights from the Server Administrator. Unlike Users, Resellers have control over their customers within limits set by Server Administrator.
